Spa Eves Policies & Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to Spa Eves, where your wellness experience is our priority. By using our website or booking a service, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These policies are designed to create a respectful, safe, and consistent experience for every guest.


2. Services

Spa Eves specializes in holistic treatments that blend Eastern and Western therapeutic techniques — including scalp rituals, Kungfu-Thai massage, facials, and wellness enhancements. Service availability, pricing, and duration may vary by therapist and location.

Spa Eves reserves the right to modify or discontinue specific services without notice to maintain quality and safety standards.


3. Booking & Deposits

Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or in person. To confirm your booking, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of scheduling.

  • Deposits will be fully refunded or credited if the appointment is canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Appointments canceled within 24 hours or missed without notice (“no-show”) will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

  • Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may receive a shortened session to avoid delaying the next appointment.

We recommend booking in advance, as peak hours (Fridays, Saturdays, and Mondays) fill up quickly.


4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Your time — and ours — is valuable.

  • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.

  • Refunds for services rendered are not available; however, management may offer store credit if service quality concerns are promptly communicated.


5. Payments

Spa Eves accepts credit/debit cards, cash, gift certificates, and memberships.
All prices are listed on our official booking platform and may change without notice.
Sales tax will be applied where applicable.

Gratuities are at your discretion and greatly appreciated by our therapists.


6. Gift Certificates

  • Non-Refundable: May not be redeemed for cash.

  • Expiration: Valid until the date indicated on the certificate.

  • Transferable: May be given to another person for use at Spa Eves.
    Gift certificates must be presented at checkout to apply the balance. Lost or stolen certificates cannot be replaced.


7. Health, Safety & Client Conduct

To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests:

  • Please silence cell phones and keep voices low during your visit.

  • Inform your therapist of medical conditions, allergies, or injuries before service begins.

  • Spa Eves reserves the right to refuse service if a treatment may be unsafe or contraindicated.

  • Any inappropriate behavior, harassment, or verbal abuse toward staff or other clients will result in immediate termination of service and potential banning from the premises.

Our goal is a safe, respectful, and relaxing space for all.


8. Privacy Policy

Spa Eves values your privacy. Personal data collected (such as name, contact, or booking history) is used solely for scheduling, communication, and internal business operations.
We do not sell or share personal information with third parties.
Payment details are processed through secure, encrypted systems.

Clients may request updates or deletion of their personal data by emailing hello@spaeves.com.


9. Intellectual Property

All digital and physical materials — including images, text, and Spa Eves branding — are protected by copyright and trademark law. Reproduction or use without written permission is prohibited.


10. Loyalty Program

The Spa Eves Loyalty Program rewards returning clients for their continued trust.

  • Earn 1 point for every $1 spent on regular-priced services and retail products.

  • Points exclude gratuity, taxes, discounts, gift cards, and promotional services.

  • Points are redeemable for service or product rewards listed on our rewards menu.

  • Points hold no cash value, are non-transferable, and expire 12 months from the earning date.

  • Accounts with no activity for 12 months will automatically expire.

  • Points cannot be combined with memberships, Groupon offers, or other discounts.

11. Liability

All services are provided “as is.” While our therapists strive for the highest quality and care, results vary by individual. Spa Eves and its staff are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or reactions that may occur after treatments.

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Spa Eves disclaims all liability for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.


12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, with exclusive jurisdiction in Travis County courts.


13. Updates to Terms

Spa Eves may update these Terms & Policies at any time. The most current version will always be available at www.spaeves.com. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the latest policies.
