2. Appointment Cancellations and Refunds

  • 24-Hour Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice will be eligible for a full refund or the option to reschedule without any penalty.
  • Late Cancellations and No-Shows: If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment or do not show up, you will be charged the full amount of the service. Refunds will not be issued for late cancellations or no-shows.

3. Prepaid Packages and Memberships

  • Refunds: Refunds for unused prepaid packages or memberships will be issued on a pro-rata basis, calculated from the date of the refund request. Any services already rendered will be charged at the full, non-discounted rate.
  • Cancellation: If you wish to cancel a prepaid package or membership, please contact us at least 30 days in advance to allow for proper processing.

4. Gift Certificates

  • Non-Refundable: Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Transferable: Gift certificates are transferable and can be given to someone else to use.

5. Product Purchases

  • Returns and Refunds: Unopened and unused products can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 14 days of purchase to arrange for a replacement or refund.

6. Special Circumstances

We understand that emergencies and special circumstances can arise. If you believe you have a valid reason for a refund outside of our standard policy, please contact us to discuss your situation. We will evaluate each case individually.
